At Shameless, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your order, please use our returns policy.
Return period
You have 30 days after receiving your order to return your product(s). The return period begins on the day you receive your package.
Returns Policy
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- ✓ The product must be unworn and unwashed
- ✓ The product must be in its original packaging with all labels still intact
- ✓ The hygiene seal must not be broken (for hygienic reasons)
- ✓ You must be able to provide proof of purchase or order number
How to Return?
Step 1: Contact us at valiceamsterdam@hotmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.
Step 2: We will send you a return label and instructions.
Step 3: Carefully pack the product in the original packaging.
Step 4: Send the package with the return label.
Refund
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days . The amount will be credited back to the account you used to pay.
Please note: Return shipping costs are at your own expense unless the product is defective or we made a shipping error.
Swap

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We'll provide a quick solution, including free return shipping and replacement.
