At Shameless, we ensure your order is delivered to your home quickly and safely. Below, you'll find all the information about our shipping options, costs, and delivery times.

Delivery times
The Netherlands:
- Standard delivery: 1-2 business days
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day (working days)
Belgium:
- Standard delivery: 3-5 working days
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day (working days)
Shipping method
We ship all our orders via PostNL (Netherlands) and bpost (Belgium). You'll receive a track & trace code as soon as your order is shipped, allowing you to track your package.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
After placing your order, you'll immediately receive an order confirmation email. As soon as your package has been shipped, we'll send you a shipping confirmation with track & trace information.
Delivery to a Collection Point
You can also choose to have your order delivered to a PostNL or Bpost collection point near you. You can select this option during checkout.
International Shipping
We currently only ship to the Netherlands and Belgium. If you live elsewhere and still want to order, please contact us at valiceamsterdam@hotmail.com.
